How To Learn Anything

This was going to be some long detailed article about learning, but no one really cares about that. It is like a YouTube video with a title similar to "The Top 5 Best Health Foods". You click on it and it is a 20 min long video so you scroll to the comments where some brave soul has simply listed out the top 5 foods so you do not have to waste your life watching 20 minutes of bullshit. So here we go it is very simple but I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't thought of it before. We can break it down into the following steps:

1. Decide what subject you want to learn about.

2. Google said subject

3. (The most important step) Scroll through the google results and click on the first 5 links or so, have a piece of paper and a pen ready and write down anything that is consistently reoccurring throughout multiple links.

Now a days we have so much information available people suffer from analysis paralysis. There is so much information out there that people just get overwhelmed and inevitably give up. The best way to get around that is to just seek out the consistently repeated statements because those are going to be the basics of whatever subject you are trying to learn about, and BASICS ARE BEST!

For example if you wanted to learn about training you might search how to work out, clicking the first couple of links as previously stated you will probably see a bunch of stuff like, take supplements, and HIIT Cardio V.S. Steady State Cardio. However the 3 things you see repeated over and over again would be eat clean, use compound lifts, and recover. Boom there you go now focus on those things and you are well on your way to learning how to train yourself. Do not screw yourself over before you even start. Use this technique it will save you a lot of time and allow you to actually make progress in whatever perspective field or skill you are trying to learn about.
